The Pipetto software annual support plan includes solving software errors, database and instrument connection issues, software and database migration to a new operating system, software settings and report problems.   Services are delivered via phone, e-mail and web meetings.   Full product training, major report template modifications, and on-site visits are not included as part of this Technical Support Plan. Product training, custom report templates and on-site visits can be quoted and purchased separately based on user requirements.
